Shipping & Policies
1-We process your order as soon as it is placed. Orders are shipped out from our warehouse the net working day from placing your order. The courier takes 3-8 working days to deliver. Our working hours/days are Sunday- Thursday. During peak times ( new product launches, restocks, seasonal holidays, offers) , delivery may be delayed.
2-We cannot make any changes or cancel your order, once it has been shipped out of our warehouse and you have to receive the order.
3-We only accept to return or exchange products that have been received damaged or sent wrongly instead of another product. We have branches all over Egypt, we encourage our customers to try our products/scents before placing an online order, since no return or exchange after opening and smelling the product is accepted due to hygiene reasons.
3-If you receive a damaged/wrong product order after it has been shipped out , you have to receive the order and send us an email to request a return. In this case, we will be responsible for sending a replacement . The customer will not pay any shipping fees in this case. If the item requested was out of stock, the customer will receive a refund once we receive the damaged product in our warehouse.
Payments by visa will be refunded within 10-14 days on your visa. Cash payments will be refunded through instapay or vodafone cash. The customer will not pay any shipping fees in this case.
4-In case you received an item by mistake, we only accept returns or exchanges if merchandise is in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
5-You must contact us for a return or an exchange must be made within 48 hours of your receipt.
6-If you receive your order late ( any order shipped after 10 working days from placing the order) is considered a late order. In this case, if you want to cancel your order ,you can email us on email@example.com .--We will process the refund due to you within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the returned products, or (if earlier) within 14 calendar days after the day you provide us with evidence that the products were returned to us. Where the products have not been delivered to you, we will process the refund within 14 calendar days after the day we were informed of your decision to cancel the order. Unless you expressly tell us otherwise, we will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay for the products.
