Refund policy

Shipping and Returns Policy:

Shipping:
1- We process your order as soon as it is completed, and it will be shipped the next day after placing the order. The shipping duration ranges from 3 to 8 business days. (Business days are from Sunday to Thursday)
2- During promotional periods and discounts, delivery may be delayed due to increased order volume.
3- No additions or changes can be made to the order after it has been shipped by us.

Returns:
1- If the order is received damaged or with a different product than what was ordered on our website, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees. A replacement will be sent, and if no alternatives are available, a refund will be issued upon receiving the damaged or different product in our warehouses.
2- No returns will be accepted after opening the packaging and removing the tags, in accordance with consumer protection regulations and due to health conditions.
3- Returns are only accepted in their original unopened or unused condition within 14 days without giving reasons.
4- You must request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product.
5- If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days from the order placement date, you may cancel your order by emailing customer.service@bubblzzeg.com, and we will refund you within 14 days after receiving the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit or debit card you used to pay for the products.
6- Visa refunds will be processed within 10-14 days from the date of order cancellation and will be refunded via Instapay or Vodafone Cash.
