Active ingredients:

-Shower Gel:
D-Panthenol, Coconut Oil, Glycerin, Sweet Almond Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Vitamin E.

-Body Scrub:
Sunflower Seed Oil, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Grape Seed Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Wheat Germ Oil, Beeswax, Sugar, Stearic Acid.

-Body Lotion:
Coconut Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Wheat Germ Oil, Lavender Oil, Jojoba Oil, Milk Extract, Honey, D-Panthenol, Chamomile Extract, Green Tea Extract, Aloe Vera Extract.

-Shower Gel:
For daily use in the shower, squeeze a small amount onto a wet cleansing puff. Work into a lather. Massage all over your body and rinse thoroughly.

-Body Scrub:
1-Put a small amount of body scrub in your hand.
2-Gently rub it on your skin in small circular motions, using your hand or an exfoliating glove.
3-Rinse your skin liberally with lukewarm water.

-Body Lotion:
1-Add a dollop of the lotion to your hand (more if your skin is particularly dry or on rougher areas such as elbows and knees).
2-Rub your palms together to warm up the lotion.
3-Use your hands to massage the lotion into your body in small circular motions.
